Great to sell you a truck, however anything further then that is complete garbage. Their communication "customer service" is pathetic. As part of the sale there was a detail and simple window switch to be completed which they said would be taken care of asap. After ME having to call them multiple times, they finally got it in after about two weeks. While in their care were involved in an accident with my truck, said they would take care of everything. Had a great Great experience with De Anna and MTH Forest Lake. Their website is amazing. Spent 5 hours on the website and one hour at the lot to buy my F-150. Trucks are all in great shape. Michael was great to work with. He was laid back and tried to answer any questions I had thrown at him. Dylan the financing guy worked some magic on the numbers and got me the best rate possible.
I feel that I got a deal except the tires on the truck should have been replaced do to cracking and chunks missing from the side walls. Mgr said the tires have 7/32 of tread left and didn’t feel that they needed to be replaced. I know tires and this should have been taken care of for safety reasons

I think I am actually more happy with how they worked with me with my trade-in and how the finances worked out for me and how they got my payments where I wanted them then I am with the actual truck. However, I do love the truck.

I had a pleasant experience buying a 2024 f250 king ranch from them. I would buy from them again. Didn't feel pressured and brought the truck i purchased from another branch to forest lake for better convenience. Micheal was great to work with. But everyone there was nice and fun.

I couldn't help but notice MTH in possession in a truck that met a lot of my unique criteria requirements. I went in and worked with Michael Pierce and I had a hunch without even test driving, I was going to purchase that truck.
